Church

We are blessed to have a good church here.  It is about a 10-12 minute walk away - which makes it easy to get there.  We attend the 8:00 service.  The pastor speaks in Spanish that is easy to understand and preaches truth in a clear way. (Jeff understands the whole sermon, while I sometimes understand bits and pieces.) The best part is their children's department.  Juliana and Nathan are able to be in the same class and have the same teachers each week.  They love our children and by the 2nd week we were there, they knew their names.  Thankfully it isn't just child care, they teach a bible story each week.  That is not the norm here in Costa Rica.

For about a month in the fall we missed church due to illness.  We are so grateful again, for technology that allows us to watch our church's worship service online.  I think the children started to think that was the only church we attended!
